The energy healing I use is based on the Yuen Method and the Schwiderski Method. What these healing methods have in common is that they view the human being as body, mind, and spirit.
Often, our health or personal problems stem from unresolved emotional and spiritual issues, from this life or other lives, or even issues we've inherited from our ancestors. These energy healing methods can help us resolve them.
One of the advantages of these healing techniques is that they can be performed both in person and remotely with surprising results.
I have had channelings in which I am told that human beings have the capacity to heal themselves with energy, that we are an enormous potential for love and healing, and that energy is a powerful tool to achieve this.
