 Maria José Alba was born in Figueres (Girona) and has been linked to the art world since childhood.
 He excelled at drawing, and from a very young age, painting became part of his life, although it would take several years for him to dedicate himself to it.

 He has exhibited his works in his native Girona, Madrid, Barcelona, Cordoba, A Coruña... In New York, Los Angeles, Paris, South Korea, specifically in Busan, in Seoul...
